I have never, ever left a customer review before, but this has been such a negative experience that I feel the need to warn others. I made an appointment with Firestone to get my AC recharged and to get new windshield wipers installed. I paid for both services. The associate that I spoke to about the cost breakdown was so rude and dismissive that I waited outside until another team member came out so that I could talk to him instead. Later that day, I received a message from a technician that they forgot to install the windshield wipers! Mistakes happen- so I called them the next morning to get a refund on the wiper blades. The associate that I spoke to told me that they would get back to me later that week. They did not call me back, so I reached out again. This time I was hung up on. I am beyond frustrated. They still owe me for wiper blades that were never installed.

Update- Firestone did actually follow up here and made things right! -----‐ I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. In fact, I bring my car exclusively to Firestone for oil changes so I can keep my Firestone credit account active. Instead of getting a call that my vehicle was ready, I got a call saying it was stuck on the lift because the oil pan had become stripped around the drain plug. I was told I needed an entirely new oil pan, and rethreading wasn't even offered as an option. This left me in an impossible situation. I live outside of town, this is my only vehicle, and I had no one nearby who could come get me. I spent hours waiting while they tried to figure out what to do. My 3:30 p.m. appointment turned into not getting home until around 9:00 that evening. When I questioned how this could happen, considering Firestone has been the only place to service my oil changes, I received only a vague explanation that it "could just be normal wear." After talking with family and friends afterward, I was surprised to learn that similar situations had happened to several people they knew at different Firestone locations. There are also numerous customer stories online descr

I called on a Thursday morning and asked about their availability to do an oil change that day while I had an appointment in the area. They were able to complete the service during my appointment time and I picked the car up about 90 minutes after I dropped it off. The price quoted to me was very reasonable. They informed me how much tread was left on my tires and asked if I’d like to replace them while I was there. When I declined, it was no issue. I found it refreshing that I was not pressured whatsoever to complete any additional services. I interacted with Bill, the store manager, and experienced great communication, clarity, and respect.

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time I interact with Bill or Charity, they are always willing to explain all service info/ pricing. I was overdue for an oil change and bill kindly checked my oil and topped me off enough to get home safely. I really appreciated this!! This location is clean and staff completes my services in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend Firestone for your vehicle needs and I will continue to use them.

Came in for a 3 o'clock appointment. Finally took my car at 3:30. They said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. Went to the mall to get some food with the wife and baby and shop for some things whilst waiting for a call. Came back 2 hours later to my car lifted in the air, no tires on it, and no one in sight. We usually go to les schwab for our tires but we decided to try something different in hopes for a better experience. Finally, after 3 hours the car was finished. When we first came in, we told the gentleman that we would like to keep both of the rear tires because they were still in decent shape (5/32 i had them measured the day before) and he concurred, but after we received our vehicle, he then stated the tires were to far gone (which we knew they weren't) and that with there "policy" he couldnt give us our property back. We then stated that we know how much tread is left and that we want them back because we were going to sell them, he then stated "Thats what were afraid of" Afraid of what? Us getting our rightful belongings back that we first stated we wanted when we came in and you concurred? After I stated how much tread there was, he got quiet and then stated "Y
